It’s officially the week after Atlanta’s spring break, which means after the massive bridge collapse (yes, it’s real and yes it happened – and yes, you guessed it – it directly affects my commute) I am heading back to work this week with normal working hours after the craziness of March Madness over the past few months. Good news, Bad news? Good news: no more nights and weekends for the foreseeable future, yay! Bad news: my commute is twice as long and completely on and off the brakes in both the morning and evening. So I’m finally contemplating becoming a commuter. Atlanta is notoriously bad about their public transportation but desperate times call for desperate measures. This week I’ll be sampling out the Marta option in my area and even though that means a half a mile walk to/from the train station to the office – at least I’ll get more steps in? Stay tuned… I’ll report back soon. Also, you can catch my experience on Instastories here!
PS. With work being as crazy as it was the past few months, and outfit like this was my version of “dressing up.” I’ve pretty much lived in my Lululemons at work so the idea of jazzing up a basic gray tee with earrings and bracelets was a major step. Lazy girl fashion, am I right?
