Southeast Toyota Distributors, LLC (“Toyota”) provided me with compensation and use of a VEHICLE for a short period of time. The opinions I have shared about this vehicle are my own.

Can you guys believe that summer is almost over? I feel like this year has been just flown by! I’m so happy that I was able to get at least one trip to the beach in before the summer comes to a close. Thanks to Toyota, I was able to hit the road with my family up to Myrtle Beach, South Carolina which is just a quick 5 hour drive from Atlanta. Packing up the car was a breeze and the trunk space in the RAV4 is seriously impressive (it fit both of my bags, and some of my husband’s stuff too ;)) As you can tell from the photos above, I spent a little time sitting in the trunk myself.

My first car was a Corolla then I had a Camry. Later in college, I even had a Solara (wow, I’ve had a lot of cars!) Even now, I still love being in the Toyota family so the RAV4 felt so comfortable. Driving the 2016 model was a blast — I mean, talk about bells and whistles! The blind spot monitor probably saved me more times then I care to admit, but there were other awesome features too. Since hubby and I trade off music selection, I loved that the car was able to connect to both of our phones and shift audio seamlessly. But the coolest part had to be the camera. The 2016 Toyota RAV4 had some camera angles that I have never seen before. When parking, the car can show you an aerial view of where you are in the space in accordance with the lines. So freaking cool. The car also had great standard features that I expected from a Toyota, like kick ass fuel economy and a luxurious interior.

Thanks to Toyota for sponsoring such a fun trip! I loved being able to hit all of my favorite vacation must-dos like putt putt golf (we went twice!), Dunkin Donuts for breakfast, and of course giant pool floatys. I can’t wait to get my toes in the sand again soon.
