So after the nightmare of not having my bags for 6 days, [you remember this post here] I finally got my luggage in Paris. Hence, all of the accessories. Europe this time of year is certainly cold, but I have to say that this trip really changed how I see cold winter destinations. Being from Atlanta, I usually mark off any city above the Mason-Dixon line from the months of November – March. But… when we got the opportunity to spend Christmas in Paris I knew I had to learn to bundle up. And bundle I did. Turns out, they were right. All you need is a good coat, warm socks, some boots, and gloves (or hot hands!) and you can handle any weather. I’m not making any plans to move to Chicago or do anything drastic, but hey – maybe Boston isn’t so bad this time of year.
