SANDESTIN TRAVEL GUIDE

SANDESTIN TRAVEL GUIDE

A few weeks ago, I was invited as a guest of the Hilton Sandestin Beach Golf Resort & Spa in Miramar Beach, Florida to come spend 4 days on their gorgeous property with 6 of the most incredible bloggers. I couldn’t say “yes!” fast enough! I was so excited for the opportunity to get away and beach life is exactly what I needed. It was easy to trade in the Atlanta rain for crisp beach air and white sand beaches. The Hilton Sandestin Resort has been recognized with the Forbes Travel Guide Star Rating and has been named one of the ‘Top 20 Florida Golf Resorts’ and I can easily see why. My experience was far better than I ever imagined – they truly rolled out the red carpet for us and you absolutely have to stay here the next time you head to Sandestin. Here’s what we did:

LA TRAVEL GUIDE

LA TRAVEL GUIDE

Last week, Sahir and I celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary in LA. We’ve never been there before and after visiting San Diego & San Francisco it had been on our list. We took advantage of the long weekend and headed to La La Land (I appropriately watched the movie for the first time on the plane ride here) to see that the city had to offer. I have to admit, it was a lot more spread out than I imagined, but we were able to see everything from Venice Beach to West Hollywood and in between. Here’s my travel guide for what to eat, do, and see in LA!

Atlanta Staycation at the Crowne Plaza Midtown

Atlanta Staycation at the Crowne Plaza Midtown

I went to college at the University of Georgia and moved to the city with my husband (& now puppy!) It’s not uncommon that when someone lives in the same place their entire life, they get antsy and eager to move to another place. I, however…

Austin, Texas seems to be at the forefront of a travel revolution. It’s a hipster town known for its food and up & coming tech scene, but the locals are on a mission to “Keep Austin Weird” – trust me you will hear that many times throughout your stay. I spent 3 days in this pocket of the south and had the best time. Here’s are all of the things that I did in Austin and I few that I saved for my next trip!
