Easy Harvest Toast with Autumn Glory Apples

It’s the season for hosting! If you are anything like me, you love having homemade treats for guests, but get overwhelmed when it comes to cooking for a lot of people. This Harvest Toast is so simple and easy to make, you can have it ready in less than 10 minutes! The toast is affordable and features all of your favorite things about fall: pomegranate, goat cheese, honey, ciabatta, and of course, Autumn Glory apples. These apples are full of Fall flavors like crisp caramel and sweet cinnamon which makes it the perfect hero item for this dish.

Make a plate of these and they will be gone before you know it. I used them as a dessert item after our non-traditional Thanksgiving dinner and they were a hit. My guests loved that this toast is perfectly sweet & savory in each bite and I loved that they were quick to whip up! I imagined this dish as a passed h’orderves or appetizer, but it can truly be anything that you want it to be!
